Pam James is one of the Co-Founders of GrantVantage. She oversees training and special projects. As a national leader in program design and grants management, Pam frequently consults with the American Indian Health Commission for Washington State, the Nisqually Tribe, and the Washington State Governor’s Office of Indian Affairs.
Pam is a world-class trainer and expert in non-profit development, organizational strategic planning and meeting facilitation. She has worked with Tribes, community service programs and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and the Territory of Guam.
Pam is from the Colville Tribe, holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College and is co-founder of Native Strategies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people and enriching lives.
